Check whether your automatic clear cylinder container machine just can not weld well or it is total stop to work
- The ultrasonic system stops to work, it is better to change the whole ultrasonic welding system
Because, the electrical control board, electric parts…inside the ultrasonic box is different form different factory
If you only change some part inside the box, might be it can not match with other parts
Machine still stop even you change the part. You have to waste one more time to find out new supplier and purchase again. Of course, if you are lucky enough, problem fixed and back to too work. But factory can not guaranty.
- The welding result is not perfect enough,like lace looks bad, you can think about change welding mold(As usual we use 20KHz frequency for our standard clear packing box machine JC-200H
Please tell factory the diameter of welding mold and ultrasonic transformer connection screw as picture B below
If it is ok, you could show more detail like A,B….G to factory, it will help them to make perfect replace mold for you
Note: for ultrasonic welding mold change, all the factory can not guaranty it is must match and work well on your old clear packing box machine . Because different factory have different machine design, please kindly understand.
