Raw material provide FQI of pvc box making machine
Prepare raw material for machine J-200H we need to clarify 3 things as below:
The raw material provide shape for our cylinder tube making machine:
- Our automatic clear/ printed plastic PVC PET cylinder tube box machine model JC-200H is suitable for raw material provide in roll.
- Some company need to use plastic sheet with special printed or many holes, so ra material provided in sheet must be need.If so, they need to choose our semiautomatic PVC round tubes make machine model JC-180S series or automatic model JC-450S series as picture below.
- we will take about this two series or machine later later. Our FQI this month is about JC-200H.
How wide of PVC/PET coil materials should we purchase??
- The diameter range of plastic cylinder tubes that can make by our pvc box making machine model JC-200H is from 28mm~43mm;43mm~200mm. If need to make bigger diameter tube, we can design and made as instruction.
- The diameter of middle forming mold of base machine is 40mm , if client to make tube smaller than 43mm. please inform us in advance and we will help client prepare the small middle forming mold with size 25mm diameter.As usual, we only delivery bar with diameter 40mm with machine. If client need we will arrange this two size bar frely.
- So you can see that, the biggest size our standard pvc box making machine JC-200H can make is 200mm. During the production process of the cylinder, we need to leave at least 8mm as the overlampping part for splicing. Therefore, we can calculate the size of the sheet material needed for a cylinder as: 200*3.14+8=636mm. It is meant the biggest widthness of raw material provided in roll is about 636mm. as usual 640mm is ok
- So when customers purchase raw materials for this pvc box making machine model JC-200H, they can calculate the with of the mateiral as this formula: diameter (the tubes they plan to make)* 3.14+8.
What thickness of PET or PVC material is suitable for this machine??
- The thickness of material suitable for our PET cylinder package tube pvc box making machine model JC-200H for getting good production result. As our experience, the thickess of PVC or PET sheet is from 0.15mm~0.5mm. Because too thin or too thick material are hard to form and cut.
- So when the thickness of your material is less than 0.12mm or thicker than 0.5mm, please contact us.We will customized new equiepment or reselect other models of machine like JC-180S series for your choose.
