There are two mainly technologies in the production of cylinder tube boxes. One is glue heat press sealing and the other is ultrasonic welding ,as picture below
About plastic cylinder package box making technology
The left three picture is glue sealing box and the right 3 picture is the ultrasonic welding box
- If choose ultrasonic welding function of our packaging plastic box machine model JC-200H, we will add and set of ultrasonic welding system and customers don’t need to add other consumbers to make the cylinder. And we can see that, there is a ultrasonic welding line on the boxes
- If choose glue sealing function of our packaging plastic box machine, customers need to purchase the suitable glue. ( like PVC glue, PET glue or UV glue)
About PVC PET UV glue purchase and export delivery
PVC glue is suitable for PVC sheets. Due to its chlorine contect and relatively strong volatility:
- It is applicable for ordinary daily necessities like hardwares package.(not suitable for food package )
- it is not suitable for export transportation.(if customers produce PVC tube boxes, need to purchase glue locally)
PET glue is suitable for PET material, it is also the most popular glue all over the world
- PET sealing round container box can also be used to package food or many kinds of produce
- PET glue has certain degree of environmentaly friendliness, so it is ok to be transparted for export
- However the transport of PET glue is not quite simple. It is requires formal inspection report.
- And it is better not to delivery with machine together. If customers could purchase locally, it is better.
For UV glue, it is high transparent glue
- suitable for making high quality and high-value-added package cyliners.
- Compare with PVC,PET glue, export UV glue is more easier. But the price of UV glue is also expensive.
- So it is ok for purchase from China and arrange export delivery.
