FQI 6. How to choose the suitable working position of this machine
- We have 4 positions, 6 positions and 8 positions PVC PET plastic packaging tube machine for choose
- For 4 working positions model JC-200D-4H, It is basic economic design model.The major functions of each position is from place piece bottom&curling tube —>press curling tube—>bottom glue—>manual fetch sealed tubes.The rotation speed of device id deternubed according to operator. one people to place raw material and one people fetch sealed tubes. If need to increase plastic tube box production,people need to quick.
- In order the prevent the speed of manual operation from affecting the running speed of the equipment. we can add workstations for manual material placement. So, we got 6 position machine model JC-200D-6H.This model of machine have 2 positions for place curling tubes&bottom piece and 2 position for fetch sealed box.If people works not so quick, other other people can immediately make up for it.
- And 8 working working plastic packaging tube machine follows the same principle and it can offer higher production and more suitable to be updated as automatic models machine
- So choose the working positions of machine according your budget and production capacity.
FQI 7. Why need press positions
- Because the rotation speed to machine is relatively fast. Manual operation sometime fails to place to curling tube in the appropriated position. As a result, during the gluing process, the curling tubes was placed askew, leading to poor gluing. Therefore, we need to have one position to press the curling tubes on a balanced position.
FQI 8. What is the production of plastic packaging tube machine machine
- If only count according to the rotation speed. the plastic tube box production can reach 1200~1500pcs/hour.
- But we need to adjust rotated speed to match with manual operate time for placing the curling tube&bottom piece, so the real working speed for 4 working postion model JC-200D-4H is about 700~800pcs/h.
- For 6 working position of plastic cylinder container machine, work speed is update to 1000~1200pcs/hours.
FQI 9. Do we need to add robot???
- Sealed tube fetch robot is add for customers prefer to increase production and safe labor cost.
- If the production target is not very high, 4 postions model is enough, added fetch robot is not very necessary.
- If local labor cost is high and need high production, we suggest to add one fetch robot with machine together.
FQI 10. What about the package and do you have working manual of plastic cylinder container machine??
- We will package machine by plywooden case for protect machine during oversea delivery,as picture below.
