- For ultrasonic welding and glue sealing, the max welding length is 380s as usual. But if client need, we can make the max welding length to be 400mm. Because the length of tube gluing or welding supporting bar is 400mm.
- During our long-term production process, we found out candles manufacturers need to use plastic package cylinder boxes with length of 400mm to package 72 days brightness candle. So if customer is in candle production industry, please remind us in advance and we will adjust the machine freely.
- Different with automatic machine model JC-200H, customer could change glue sealing parts to ultrasonic welding mold by simple replacing the molds on the same equipment. This economic plastic cylinder tube box machie model JC-180S doesn’t have dual function. Some mannufactures says they can achieve the effect of dural function by replacing the molds of this kinds of machine. But more than complexity of replacing molds, replaced without prefessional training will impact on the stability of machines.So we not recommend.
