1. What are the functions of this automatic plastic forming cap machine？？（what‘s its use？）

Generally speaking, an automatic blister lid forming machine is mainly used to precisely shape the PVC PET plastic sheets into lids with specific sizes and shapes. The working process is plastic heating, vacuum – forming or pressure – forming, and cutting. These lids are then used to be cover of PVC cylinder tube boxes for kinds of products packaging industry.

2. Is the smallest and cheapest blister cap making machine in the market？？

Yes!! Based on our over ten years of working experience in the plastic cylinder boxes packaging industry, this

plastic forming cap machine is currently the smallest in size, the fastest in speed and economic design plastic forming lids machine. As traditional, factory use big size standard plastic blister sheet vacuum forming machine to make blister plate and then use a hydraulic cutting machine to cut the formed blister lids out off blister plate. However, this blister lid forming machine is automatic and can produce the lids without the need for the cutting part.

3. What the plastic caps making range of this machine model JC-420？？

First, the suitable plastic sheet for this machine is PVC or PET plastic in rolls. Since the size of heating, vacuum and cutting mold is 200*400mm, this plastic forming cap machine is only suitable for the forming of blister lids with a diameter less than 160mm with depth less than 20mm. If the blister lids customer need to make in bigger diameter like 200mm, we need to recommend our bigger model machine JC-450.Of course the size and price of our double models are about twice of this models machine.But for common plastic cylinde tube box production, our basic automatic plastic forming cap machine model JC-420 is enough.

4. What about the plastic cap mold？？？

The molds of this automatic plastic blister lid machine are divided into three parts: the thermocompression mold, the vacuum forming mold and the cutting mold. Usually, we need to make molds according to the size of the customers’ products. Each product uses one set of mold and the molds cannot be shared.

5. what’s the material of the mold set??

Both the vacuum forming mold and the thermocompression mold are made of aluminum. However, the thermocompression mold is wrapped with a layer of yellow color Teflon on the outside. And for the cutting mold, we use steel knives to make it so that it has sufficient hardness.
