What the working speed of this machine?? how to calculate the production quantity???
- For clarify the working speed of our doublw heads clear packaging box machine series we need to know the work speed for each heads
- as usual, if thickness of the plastic sheet is 0.2mm~0.3mm, diameter of tube is 60mm~100mm,we need 5s~6s for one side curling work. (1 second for put tube, 4 seconds for curling work, 1 second for fetch curled tube)
- Working speed for each heads is 10pcs~12pcs for each minute, 600pcs~720pcs/hour(operated with experience)
- Since manual operation is relatively slow, we can adjust the speed to 70%. 450pcs~500pcs/ hour for each heads
- machine have two heads, so the working speed for this machine is 900~1000pcs/hour
what about the mold design, how many diameter tube could share in one mold
All the different diameter tube margin curling work need to use different curling mold to match.
The mold need to make according to drawing or sample in details. So if client need to make many different design box, they need to cost a lots for mold making.
We have two ways to safe mold charge.
- We could share one mold with 3~5 differents diameter tube curling forming grooves. Like middle mold picture
- If diameter of tube is not very big, we could share 3~4pcs same tube on each curling speed like right picture
- No need to worry about curling result of multi mold curling heads. The result is still very good as working video
Which parts are the key parts of the equipment and why??
- Acturally, the curling molds is the most important parts of this clear packaging box machine with plastic cylinder tube margin curling function. Leaving aside the percision and stability of the equipment itself, better mold design and production, better curling result.
- Of course, design and workmanship are very important for the equipment. For exsample, we have mold pretact circle, heating plate, air supporting holes and hydraulic pressing devices. All of this make our machine stable than many other suppler.
Do you have automatic model?? what is your recommendation?
Of course, we have automatic model, 8 curling heads model and 4 curling heads model as picture below
The most popular model is 2 heads moldel design and 4 heads model design. Because:
- working speed is acceptable. For double heads model, the speed already update to 900pcs~1000pcs/h. If use 4 heads clear packaging box machine to do the curling work, the working speed could update to 1800pcs~2000pcs/h.
- The price for 2 heads and 4 heads mold is the most economic
- mold change and update will be more easier if diameter of tube need to change.
- more easy to operate, adjustment and maintance of standard design clear packaging box machine
- Of course, many client prefect 8 heads and automatic model because it is can safe labor cost.
My personal suggestion: if the operator is easy to find and labor cost in your country is not so high, manual standard deisgn clear packaging box margin curling machine model JC-2012A-2H and JC-2012A-4H is the best choose.
