What is the min and max diameter of cylinder tubes that PVC box machine produce
The cylinder tube production range is one of the most popular question that our customer asked.
Today let’s clarify this features of our PVC box machine model JC-200H in detail
Machine we discussed is our standard model which stock in our factory. For different diameter range, we need to design and make new machine according to client request.
There are two diameter range of this automatic cylinder pvc tubes production
43mm~200mm. this is the most popular production range.
- We already install and adjust well in our pvc box machine model JC-200H before delivery
- Because the diameter middle supporting cylinder bar is 40mm. and we need to left some space for moving tube
- So, the min diameter our basic design standard model PVC box machine could make is 43mm.
- The out side forming mainframe is 200mm, so the max diameter cylinder tube can not bigger than 200mm
28mm~45mm, or diameter smaller than 100mm. (We only add this part if client need to make small tube)
- We will change the middle supporting bar with diameter 40mm to small supporting bar with diameter 25mm
- like before remind, the diameter of cylinder tube need to be bigger than 25mm and leave some space to move.
- So after change inside middel supporting bar of our pvc box machine, the min diameter is 28mm
If customers need to make cylinder tube smaller than 28mm or bigger than 200mm, we will design new machine
By the way, we could remind the material thickness that need to make cylinder tube
- For common side tubes that diameter from 45mm~200mm, most client use pvc sheet with 0.3mm~0.6mm.
- For small side tube that diameter from 28mm~60mm, suitable thickness of plastic sheet is 0.15~0.25mm as usual.
- Because if the material is too thin, it is hard to form. If the material is too thick, it hard to heat sealing and knief cut.
