FQI-1, how to choose right glue provided way for PET /PVC tube packaging box machine

As the mail picture on the top, you see that, there is two ways for providing sealing.

• The first way of the glue supply is to hang a glue bottle on the equipment, allowing glue flows down automatically by gravity. It will be landed on the surface of plastic sheet for sealing when machine is running.This kinds of glue supply way is glue delivery methord is suitable for PVC and PET liquefaction glue.
• For the second gluing method, we can see that it use are pressure to pump the glue from the tank to the glue needle and spead on the surface of the plastic sheet. This gluing method is more suitable for relatively viscous glues such as thick PET glues and UV glues.  Of course, water basc glue like PVC water glue is ok.We just think that the first glue delivery methord will be more economical.

Some client asked, if we use the first glue method. how ofter do we need to add glue for pvc tube packaging machine

• Our answer is that with the first method, the glue tank we use can hold one kilogram of PVC water-based glue. Under normal usage conditions, our conventional daily output is 30,000 pieces.
• if we are making PVC cylinders with relatively long dimensions, it can be enough for a day’s usage, and we just need to replace it once a day.
• If we are making relatively short cylinder tubes, it may even be able to produce about 20% more output.
