Semiautomatic plastic clear cylinder tube machine for bottom sealing

FQI 1:what is the common bottom sealing tube diameter of standard machine

The common diameter range of our clear cylinder tube bottom sealing machine is 35mm~200mm

• There are four supporting bar with diameter 32mm. So the min diameter of sealing bottom need to 35mm
• 200mm diameter upper plate is the limit support of 32mm diameter supporting part and rotation table.

FQI 2:What is suitable bottom sealing diameter of standard machine

The suitable bottom sealing diameter could be 28mm~35mm, 35mm~200mm

• As the first FQI,35mm~200mm is the common diameter bottom sealing range.
• But some client need to make small package tubes with dia 28mm~35mm. Such as Chirstmas decorations.
• So we could assist or guide customer in replacing the supporting rods from 32mm to 25mm.

FQI 3:If the plastic cylinder tube box diameter is from 28~200, one machine is ok??

Yes. As usual, the standard clear cylinder tube bottom sealing machine we made and delivery with client is with 32mm supporting rods. it is meant machine suitbale for 35mm~200mm diameter tube bottom sealing like quotation. If client need to make small diameter tube like 28mm~35mm, please let us know in advance.

• We will add four piece mold support rods(25mm diameter) and delivery machine with machine together
• Since the heating tubes will pass through the supporting rod for heating the bottom sealing plate.
• For make sure machine still works well,we will guide client to replace the supporting rods.

FQI 4:Do we need to make and change mold if different diameter tube???

Yes, need to make bottom sealing mold for each different diameter tubes.

• As usual, we will make one set of mold with clear cylinder tube machine together.
• Of course, customers could made and purchase the bottom sealing mold locally.

FQI 5:Are there optional configuration for this equipment???

Yes, there are two optional function of this plastic clear cylinder tube bottom sealing machine model JC-200D

• could add a robot to fetch the finished sealed bottom box from position to increase production
• Could add UV lights on the gluing postion.( if client use UV glue, this function must be used.)
