Forming mold change and adjust of Clear pvc box machine
Automatic plastic cylinder cylinder making is the first step of PVC PET pacakge tube boxes production. So operation of our plastic cylinder pvc box machine model JC-200H is very important. As usual we already adjust machine well for client before delivery. Customers only need to install machine well as instruction doc and then they could start work as soon as possible
During work, there is only one situation customer need to adjust machine:change mold for different dia tube
Standard auto pvc box machine is suitable to make cylinder with dia range from 28mm~200mm
If client produce tubes withdiameter range from 43mm~200mm, only need to do two things:
- Adjust golden color diameter adjusted bar and middle tube. We will send a mold adjust plate with machine.
- Change middle red color mold tube that client could made in local.The function of this middle tube is just to support the forming cylinder for easy cutting.As usual plastic, Aluminum,wooden… any material will be ok for middle short mold bar’s making.
If the diameter of tube is from 28mm~43mm, client have 3 steps need to do:
- change the middle long cylinder forming bar first.
- And then adjust golden color cyinder diameter adjustment screws on the mold,
- Change red color short mold bar what make according to diameter of new cylinder which prepare to make
So overall, we can say that this automatic cylinder package tubes pvc box machine is suitable for diameter range from 28mm~200mm tube production. But we are not means people no need to do any thing but press button or PLC if they need to change to make different diameter cylinders. Customers still need to do adjustment of forming mold and replace short forming mold bar. Then they could start different tube production.
