There are 4 crucial areas on the standard plastic round box machine that demand adjustment before conical plastic cylinders production. These adjustments can be effortlessly carried out by customers themselves. Please check the details of this machine in picture below.
- Upper Pressing Bar Holding Component: It is ensuring the stability and precision of the conical shape.
- Conical Shape Two Sides Pressing Bars: These bars are essential for achieving the perfect taper and symmetry of the conical cylinders.
- Conical Shape Forming Mold: If using ultrasonic model, the upper and lower molds need to be replaced.
- Bottom Supporting Plate: Outside of the bottom plate should be raised according to the inclination of the tubes. This adjustment ensures proper support and alignment during the production process.
