Advantage:

But this blister pressing plate of this forming lid machine for formed cap flashing is plastic, so it is not expensive.
- Working speed is very high. about 10 second, one process will be finished as usual
Disadvantage:
- The forming blister cap cutting result of this forming lid machine is not perfect enough, as usual the blister close the the knife original position can be cut perfectly.The blister that far away from the original knife position will be cut with a slight inclination.However, it is acceptable if the requirements for the blister cover are not so high.
2.The other is multi-heads single cap rotary flashing triming machine as right picture Model JC-600-HW
Advantage:
- As all the forming cap have their own individual cutting knives and molds that made at the same time. So the cutting result for all the blister should be the same. If any blister cover at the certain position can not be cut perfect enough, the mold could be adjusted separately.
Disadvantage:
- Compared with whole plate straight -knife flashing trimming machine, the price of this model is high
- Because the mold cost that accounts for a larg parts of the equipment cost. The separated cutting mold need to made according to different diamter cap. if there are 40 single forming cap in the whole forming plate, 40 piece round flashing mold must be made and install in the machine. If client need to change forming blister design, they need to make new mold sets to match with.
- As the distant space for flashing and trimming mold raise and down is not very big, It wouldl take a long time for mold change and adjustment. So this design of whole blister plate flashing and trimming machine is suitable for 1~2 design plastic cylinder tube box with high production target factory.
