Q:How to pay for your PVC tube box machines and PET cylinder packaging equipment?
A: With a 30% deposit, our factory will start to make the PVC tube box machine and mold once the deposit arrives. Our company will double-check all special details with the client and then start to manufacture according to the contract.
The remaining 70% balance payment is due after the machine is finished, our factory will test it and send a welding sample to your factory for approval. If the sample is approved, the client can arrange the balance payment, and our factory will start to package the machine and send it to the seaport for delivery once the balance payment arrives
Q:What are the warranty terms for your PVC tube box machines and PET cylinder packaging equipment?
A:For all our PVC tube box machines and PET cylinder packaging equipment, our warranty is 1 year, starting from the date the machine arrives at the destination seaport.
For parts of the machine during the warranty period, the re-shipping charge and cost for parts to be replaced will be the responsibility of our factory if the problem arises from machine quality. We will cover all related costs for the period.
If the problem is caused by customer misuse, the customer will need to cover the cost of the part and all delivery-related charges.
Q:What is the delivery time for your PVC tube box machines and PET cylinder packaging equipment?
A: For standard PVC tube box machine production, we need 25-30 working days for a new standard model.
For new designs and automatic PET cylinder packaging machines, we need about 45-60 working days for manufacturing and testing before delivery.
Due to the size of our PVC tube box machines (3~4CBM or bigger), they are too large to be delivered by air. So we recommend delivery by sea. Once the order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery within 30-35 working days, and after about 7-35 days (depending on the destination port), the delivery shipping agent will contact you to fetch your machine at the seaport.
Q:Are we required to install the PVC tube box machine after we receive it?
A: For small-sized PVC tube box machines, we will package the machine after setting and testing it thoroughly. So the client does not need to waste time for installation or adjustment when it arrives at your factory. The client can operate it according to the working manual or the included installation video as soon as it arrives.
For large-sized PVC tube box machines, we will separate the machine into two parts and package them in 2-ply wooden cases for safe delivery. For the major parts of the machine, we will already adjust it before delivery, so the client does not need to spend too much time on machine adjustment when it arrives. However, the client will still need to install the two parts of the machine together according to the working manual or installation video after it arrives at your factory. (Yes, we will send you a video manual to teach you how to use the high-frequency welding machine.)
Q:Will you arrange an engineer to visit our factory to install and provide training for the PVC tube box machine?
A:For automatic, new-design PVC tube box machines with large sizes and complicated designs, we will arrange an engineer to visit your factory within two weeks after the machine arrives (of course, we will discuss and mark this clearly on the contract).
For standard, basic PVC tube box machines, since the machine is not very complicated, we provide clear machine working instruction videos to help with installation. All questions can be clarified via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat, so we will not arrange an engineer to visit your factory. If a client really needs an engineer to visit with the machine, please clarify this when we make the contract, and we will add the related charges (like visa fees, airfare) for the client to double-check.
