The econimical design plastiic sheet ultrasonic cylindrical shaping clear pvc box machine is our basic machine. The series model of this machine is JC-180S.
And we have single model that name according of specification function, like:
- JC-180S-G(G-glue sealing) / JC-180S-U(U- ultraosnic welding).
- JC-180S-GC(G-glue, C-conical) / JC-180S-UC(U-ultrasonic, C-conical)
- JC-180S-UC/JC-180S-GC is ok for straight cylinders and conical cylinders production.
Machine model JC-180S-GC is designed and manufactured by our company is a semi-automatic ultrasonic welding and shaping equipment for cylinders.
The working process of this series machine is:
- manually feeding the material,
- bending and shaping the sheet,
- ultrasonic welding to bond the edges,
- and manually pulling out the cylinder, (turning PVC and PET plastic coils into cylinders of the set length.)
It is usually used for manufacturing packaging pipeline cylinders, packaging containers, etc. for food and daily necessities. This series clear pvc box machine is specialized manufacture for various designed circular PVC/PET plastic packaging boxes.
