Pvc tube box Machine manual-Installation Instructions
1. Transport&Package-Unpacking &Assembly
For the convenience of transportation, we will carry out standard packaging with marine plywood wooden cases according to the customer’s requirements. After the equipment arrives, please check whether the wooden case or the PE stretch film is damaged, and whether the pvc tube box machine is damaged. If the equipment is damaged, please contact the freight forwarding company or our company immediately. If the equipment is intact, you can open the package and start installing the equipment.
2. Connect air compressor
The air pressure requirement for one piece of pvc tube box machine is 1 to 2 P. For a production line of products that involves sheet forming + cylindrical forming + ultrasonic bottom sealing or glue bottom sealing, it is recommended to use an air compressor with a capacity of 5 P.
3. Place foot stand
If the equipment shakes during the working process, it will have a significant impact on both the product quality and production capacity.
When the pvc tube box machine shakes during the welding process, it will also have a great impact on the ultrasonic transducer and the mold, shortening their service life.
Therefore, this machine is equipped with four adjustable footrests. Adjust the positions of each footrest to ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally.
4. Connect voltage power supply
The equipment uses a single-phase input voltage of 220V. There are three wires in total. The red wire is the live wire, the black wire is the neutral wire, and the yellow wire is the ground wire. We use a commonly seen pvc tube box machine plug in the Chinese market (as shown in the picture above). If it does not match the applicable plug in your factory, please arrange for your company’s electrical engineer to replace it with the corresponding plug.
5. Install standard welding mold
This machine can be installed with an ultrasonic straight cylinder welding mold for straight cylinder welding and forming, or with an ultrasonic conical cylinder welding mold for welding plastic conical cylinders. The installation methods of the two types of molds are similar. Here, we will first describe in detail the installation method of the ultrasonic straight cylinder welding mold of pvc tube box machine.
- Each mold has two mold locking holes, which are equipped with mold locking set screws.
- Align the mold locking holes with the flat grooves of the mold support rods, and tighten the screws.
- To ensure the balance of the pressure at both ends of the mold, try to install the mold directly below the forming lower pressing cylinder.
- Note: The set screws of the large mold are relatively long, and those of the small mold are relatively short, but the diameters of the two are the same.
6. Place testing pvc sheet for testing
Check the welding effect of the cylinder. If the following problems occur in the welding effect, make the following adjustments according to specific issues.
- If the sheet material is displaced too much and the material cannot be welded, it indicates that one of the pressing plates has not been adjusted properly. Readjust it.
- If the two ends of the film are not aligned, adjust the position of the material limiting frame.
- If the size of the cylinder is too large or the cylinder cannot be taken out, adjust the tightness of each pressing plate.
- If the welding depth is too large or the welding is not firm, adjust the time of the ultrasonic welding machine.
- If the welding effect is okay, set the automatic button to start pvc tube box machine working.
