Automatic Pvc Cylinder Container Machine Model: JC-450S

According to client request during this year we have three models of pvc cylinder container machine for choose:

• Model: JC-450SG. PVC/PET plastic glue stick tube sealing machine raw material provide in piece sheet.
• Model: JC-450SU. Ultrasonic PVC plastic welding clear pvc plastic tube welding machine for saving glue.

This is some picture of our JC-450S series Clear pvc tube boxes machine for your reference. For welding technology , we have two major model for choose.

• Model JC-450S-U(U-ultrasonic function).Automatic PET/PVC plastic material tubes glue sealing machine. Ultrasonic welding technology is other major way for clear round tube machine.
• Model JC-450S-G(G-glue function).Glue sticking clear pvc/PET containers sealing machine is our standard model. Clear PVC clear plastic cylinder tube ultrasonic welding machine.
• We can add the extra hole punching part on the basic of our standard machine for our client who need to make plastic cylinder tube container boxes with handle production.  (please kindly check picture below)

• Of course, we are manufacture of Clear pvc cylinder container machine and all of our machine can be updated to match client special request. Like color of our machine could be customized and we can also update the mainframe of machine as instruction.

• Our Automatic Clear pvc tube boxes machine need to install glue pressing support mold or ultrasonic welding mold for formal operation. The molds need to make according to client sample or details of product clients provide to us.
• As usual, different diameter of mold need to match with different diameter mold. If client have 3~5 different diameters plastic cylinder tube boxes need to seal by this new machine, they need to have 3~5 pressing mold matched. Client could ask our factory to make all the molds with this Clear pvc cylinder container machine model JC-450S together.As our mold for this automatic pvc cylinder container machine is special design by our engineer and only match this machine model JC-450S only, we are not recommend client to make locally after machine arrive.(please kindly check picture below)
