For welding technology , we have two major model for choose

1. Clear PVC material clear plastic cylinder tube ultrasonic welding machine. Model JC-200H-G(G-glue function). Glue sticking clear pvc/PET containers sealing machine model JC-200H-G is our standard model
2. Automatic PET/PVC plastic material tubesglue sealing machine Model JC-200HU(U-ultrasonic function). Ultrasonic welding technology is other major way for clear round tube machine making

For extra customized functions,we also have two models for choose—> color detective and hole punching

• We add color detective function on the base of our standard Clear pvc tube boxes machinewith glue sealing or ultrasonic welding function for client who’s material is printed PVC PET plastic provide in roll. The color detective part will recognized the certain color mark which setting by client, and cut the sealed cylinder to certain length precisely. Model JC-200H-UC / JC-200H-GC

• We add hole punching part on the basic of Clear pvc tube boxes machinefor plastic cylinder tube container boxes with handle production. Model JC-200H-UP / JC-200H-GP (please kindly check picture below)

Of course, all the function like glue sealing, ultrasonic welding, color detective, hole punch can also integrated into one machine. Like color of our machine could be customized and we can also update the mainframe of machine according to request.

• Our automatic Clear pvc tube boxes machine model JC-200H series is specialized for gluing or ultrasonic welding clear or printed plastic sheet to make PVC, PET plastic cylinder tube boxes. It is the first step of PVC /PET cylinder tube boxes production.
• This models of clear round plastic package box machine have two major function for choose-Ultrasonic & gluing sealing function. For glue sealing function is suitable for all kinds of plastic material like PVC/PETG/PET material provided in roll to make cylinder tube container boxes. The disadvantage of this pvc tube boxes machine is, client need to purchase pvc/PET glue during production.
• For ultrasonic function plastic round box machine, it is suitable for welding PVC plastic tubes round container for packaging candy, gift presents, stationery,earphone set, headset,toys, earphone set, headset,toys, umbrella, fishing tools, crisp food and fashion food etc. The pvc cylinder tube welded by ultrasonic model have welding lace as picture below.
• If client prefer to produce transparent plastic cylinder tube, we recommend client to send some material to us for making welding test before confirm the order. Because as our experience, 100% pure PET material can not be weld very strong by ultrasonic technology. PET glue sealing is the best choose.

• The mold of our standard design automatic Clear pvc tube boxes machine could be share with wide range diameter tube production, so client no need to make and change extra mold if the diameter tube is not bigger than 200mm or not smaller than 35mm.
• If client have special diameter cylinder tubes bigger than 200mm or small than 40mm,please inform us in advance. We will update the machine on the base of our standard model according to diameter of tube that need to make by this machine.
• don’t worry, our update work of our machine will not ask extra charge from client.
