As some client still not quite understand how to install and operate our clear PET tube packaging machine model JC-180S-AG.We upload the working video of this machine from install，setting and operation step by step. So if you also new and have problem of using this models of machine, welcome to check
- Working install video No.1—connect air and voltage
- After machine arrive，place this clear PET tube packaging machine on suitable place
- Connect air tube of machine with company air compressor
- Connect 220V factory power voltage
- Connect glue supplier tube and adjust glue press power(to 2bar as usual)
- Turn on machine and turn on heat temp control(for PVC 110C will be ok)
- Working install video No.2—check glue supply
- Insert the glue recovery tube into the glue recover barrel
- Open glue needle control bar,Check whether the glue needle is properly installed and can dispense glue normally.
- Place sheet to test clear PET tube packaging machine on the manual mode
- we install and adjust machine with one mold when we delivery machine
- Client can test and see each action of machine at this station right now
- After familiar with this machine, learn how to change mold and adjust
- Working install video No.3—adjust glue output
- Check as the video and found out the glue is not place enough
- Color-wire rotate to increase air pressure of glue barrel for more glue output
- Delay the sheet taking time for more glue could be placed on the surface
- Test clear PET tube packaging machine again and see the tube result
