Plastic cylinder tube make is the first step for plastic tube boxes production.(like picture below)

Right now, let’s clarify the advantage and disadvantage of this two kinds of tube making tech
For glue sealing tube box:
Advantage:
- It is very common in daily necessities and gift packaging.
- It is ok for PVC and PET, APET,RPET… many other material to make cylinder tube box
- The glue sealing tubes look very good(without obvious welding marks,as sample picture①.)
Disadvantage:
- need to buy PET/PVC glue for production.(glue is a consumable for cylindrical production)
- PVC glue and PET glue is not suitable for producing cylinders for packaging food.
- PVC glue and PET glue is not very easy to delivery by sea. Client need to by it in local.
For cylinder tubes welded by ultrasonic
Advantage:
- No need consumable material, save extra cost during production.
- For PVC material, welding result will be very strong, never be separated.
Disadvantage:
- There is ultrasonic welding lace as sample picture②.
- For new PET material, it is can be separated by high power if without margin curling work
So use glue sealing or ultrasonic welding tech to make tube is depend on company’s request and design
And then it is the second steps for machine choose: The shape of raw materials( in roll or in piece sheet)
