The size of auto Plastic cylinder packaging boxes machine??
The size of our standard PVC /PET Plastic cylinder packaging box machine JC-200H is 5200mm*900mm*1580mm.
The cylinder tube forming bar is already 2000mm
- The function of the tube forming part is curling from flat of the plastic sheet into a big semi-arc shape.
- There are 12 pcs forming rods for forming adjustment.
- The number of forming rods can be adjusted according to the diameter of the cylinder.
- If the diameter of cylinder is relatively small, 6or 8 forming rods will also do.
- But adding forming rods will not impact the forming effect.Instead, it just makes the forming more precise.
and raw material supporting parts is about 1000mm~900mm.
So the major body of machine is about 2000mm.
many client asked us, why we can not make machine short to safe place and more easier to operate.
- Our answer is yes we can, as picture on the top. You can see that, we also have small size machine.
- Standard plastic cylinder packaging boxes machine design and make for most of popular size cylinder boxes.
- The common and popular tube diameter range is from 43mm~200mm. It is the most popular size in the market
- The suitable tube diameter range is from 28mm~45mm. For this small diameter tube produce customer need to change a little mold and move aluminum adjusted bar before operation.
According to this principle, the length of forming system could be longer or shorter.
But as many of our customers produce width range cylinder boxes, so we must made and delivery machine with 2000mm length forming system and 10pcs forming bar as usual.
We can also see that there is a very short machine. The feature of PVC plastic clear packaging tube machine is:
- It is specialized for making small tube with diameter 25mm~30mm.
- It is not need long material forming parts and no need raw material feeding system.
- No need to adjust forming adjust bars, because small slight pulling force and small pressure could make it shape easily and the raw material of this small diameter tube always be very thin.
- Such cylinders are mostly used for Christmas products.
