New design automatic plastic pvc tube packaging box machine
As the price of our table automatic plastic pvc tube packaging machine model JC-450S in 2023 is high and can not reach client request. we made new automatic machine on the base of our economic platic cylinder tube box machine model JC-180S. This new model of machine with glue sealing / ultrasonic welding and cylinder tube two side margin curling two function. For each understanding, please kindly check the working video below:

Prepare for production:
- Before starting up, please check if the power connection is normal;
- This machine is used for the production and processing of PVC cylinders. The adhesive used is corrosive. Please do not drip it onto the electrical appliances and surfaces of the control box;
- The surface of this pvc tube packaging box machine spare parts is treated with electroplating, and rust inhibitors need to be frequently used to ensure the integrity of the surface;
- adjust the distants and preheat temp of two margin curling mold and check curling result
- When resuming production after a pause, please pay attention to whether the glue level is stuck. If so, please remove it to reduce damage to the front rubber wheel when suddenly subjected to force.
