If need, we can add holes punching parts in the machine and help client client safe time and labor cost during production.
Third, production and working speed
The production of this machine is about 800~1500pcs/hours.
- If only plastic or paper glue sealing, it is need 2~3s for one process, so 1100~1500pcs tube could be made
- if machine need to punch holes on the plastic sheet, one working process is about 3~4s, so 900~12pcs/hour
- For paper tube sealing and margin curling function together, working process is 4s~5s, so 800~900pcs/h
