Working install video No.11—testing machine in auto mode
- Turn clear plastic tube machine control system to auto mode and test machine for checking the tube making result.
Working install video No.12—if cylinder or mold loose or tight
- We pasted red color flannel on the outside of the mold. The flannel has two functions: turn the diameter of the cylinder and protect the forming cylinder from scratch
- If forming cylinder is little bigger than target, tear off the flannel on the mold of clear plastic tube machine. If the forming cylinder is slightly smaller, apply one or two extra layer of flannel.
Working install video No.13—if material is misaligned
- Material misaligned is a common problem during machine adjustment. Just adjust the material feeding blocksaccording the misaligned situation.
