Maintenance of Clear Packaging Tube Machine JC-180S-AG
1. Clear Packaging Tube Machine Maintenance
- The main machine should not be placed in a damp, dusty, or overheated place.
- Do not place liquid products on the machine. Keep it clean and tidy. Do not use liquids for cleaning when wiping.
- Ifnot used for more than 7 days or the usage time is sparse, cover it with a dust cover.
- When it is not used for a long time, pleasecleaned with an air gun once a week
- Pay attention to cleaning the filter of the compressed air source. If it is blocked for 1 to 2 days, it should be cleaned.
- The grounding wire needs to be grounded.
- Unless necessary for maintenance, try to avoid opening the machine body. Be sure to unplug the power supply and release the residual capacitance.
- Before taking a break and shutting down the machine every day, in addition to turning off the power switch, plsturn off the glue gun and the glue cylinder (reduce air pressure).
2. Mold of Clear Packaging Tube Machine Maintenance

- Do not strike or damage the ultrasonic mold, as it is likely to cause changes in the vibration frequency.
- Prevent the mold from rusting or oxidizing. Wipe it with an oil cloth and seal it
- When installing the mold, apply a small amount of butter gently on the surface of the bottom screws.
- After the ultrasonic mold has been specially designed and tested, its frequency and output current are fixed. Avoid cutting, keyway machining, or changing any aspect of its appearance. Otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the vibration system and control box.
- Loading and unloading the mold, handle it with care to prevent damage to the threads of the horn mold.
- The material of the glue mold is nylon. If the mold size is too large and the pushing force of a single groove is insufficient, you can add a mold pushing groove and replace it with a three-position pushing clamp. If the mold size is relatively small, you can directly use a single-station pushing clamp.
- For forming molds with a diameter difference of 1-2mm, use the method of pasting red protective adhesive tape to increase or decrease the forming diameter of the cylinder.
