Working install video No.4—mold change
- Change big mold to small mold of clear plastic tube packaging machine
- Turn machine to manual operation, move Discharge Clampto size of machine
- Loose screws, move the mold out of machine and install small mold
- There are positioning flat place on the mold guide for mold locking.
Working install video No.5–mode change
- Click the icon “Lower Molding Pressure”to goes down “the hot pressure plate”
- Because it is a heating bar, please protect hands when you touch it.
- Make the “the hot pressure plate”can press the upper side of mold well
- If the goes up/down air cylinder already on the limit position. Loose screws of mold holding bar to raise up the mold ( it is better to use both hand)
- If raise up the mold holding barstill could not make “the hot pressure plate” press mold well. Loose four corner of suspended Mould Plate and make it goes down.
- Note:don’t forget to raise the “bottom positioning plate”first if change mold from big diameter to small diameter. If change mold from small diameter to bigger diameter, lower the “bottom positioning plate” of clear plastic tube packaging machine
Working install video No.6 —mold change
- Lock the screws of “bottom positioning plate”and “hot pressure plate”after adjustment
- Press “Upper Molding Pressure”icon and goes up”the upper pressure plate”
- adjust the height vertically of “two upper pressure plate”. make sure it is a little higher than the middle of mold. (adjust the height control air cylinder)
- Loose the fixing screws of “the upper pressure plate”, move it horizontally by both hands.Make sure it is very close to the edge of mold.
- Loose the screws of “the side pressure plates”and raise it.(don’t forget to lock screw after raise, in case it is goes down)
- Press ”Side Molding Pressure”icon make “the side pressure plates” at the upper side of mold of clear plastic tube packaging machine
- Place one plastic sheet on the mold.
- Loose the screws of “the side pressure plates”and make it goes down and press vertically against the plastic sheet but not too tightly. Make sure both ends of plastic sheet are evenly stressed and held down. But it is can also be pulled out with a little force.
- Lock and fasten screws of “the side pressure plates”holders
- Press ”Side Molding Pressure”icon, to open “the side pressure plates”
- Place a plastic sheet down the mold, manual wrap the sheet around the mold and align the overlapping film of the sheet is under “the hot pressure plate”
- Press ”Molding Positioning”icon to goes up “the bottom positioning plate” to press sheet
- Release the hand, the sheet opens to both size
