Our PVC cylinder container machine specializes in gluing or ultrasonic welding clear or printed plastic sheets to create PVC/PET plastic cylinder tubes, the first step in producing complete cylinder packaging boxes.

This model offers two main sealing functions: ultrasonic welding and glue sealing.

– Glue sealing function: Compatible with all types of plastic sheets (PVC/APET/PETG/PET), making it a food-safe plastic container machine ideal for food, cosmetics, and promotional packaging. Note: Clients will need to purchase PVC/PET glue for production.
– Ultrasonic function: A compact PVC cylinder equipment perfect for welding PVC plastic tubes for packaging candy, gifts, stationery, earphones, toys, umbrellas, fishing tools, and snacks.

If you plan to produce transparent PET cylinder tubes, we recommend sending us a sample of your material for a welding test before placing your order. Based on our experience, 100% pure PET material cannot be welded strongly with ultrasonic technology, so PET glue sealing is the best choice.

Our PVC cylinder container machine requires a glue pressing support mold or ultrasonic welding mold for operation. Molds are custom-made based on your product samples or specifications.

For clients needing to seal cylinders of 3–5 different diameters, we recommend preparing 3–5 matching molds. You can either order all molds with your machine JC-180S or purchase one free mold initially and produce additional molds locally after your machine arrives.
