According to client request during this year we have 5 models of Clear pvc tube candy box machine for choose:

• Model: JC-180S-G——Standard design PVCor PET material piece sheet glue sticking clear plastic round box machine. (Stick PVC/PET plastic piece sheet by PVC /PET glue to make long or short cylinder tubes)
• Model: JC-180S-U——Weld 2 side of PVC sheet by ultrasonic technology to make body of clear round plastic package box. (Ultrasonic welding technology is good for welding PVC material, For PET material glue sealing machine is the better choose.)
• Model: JC-180S-GA—–We add raw material and finished welded tubes fetching robot on the basic of our standard machine JC-180S-G. And we have a brief design automatic clear Clear pvc tube candy box machine.
• Model: JC-180S-GU——Based on our standard clear pvc tube candy box machine model JC-180S-U, we add raw material feeding system and finished welded tubes fetching robot to move out off machine.
• Model: JC-180S-GH——Our brief design PVC cylinder tube box machine series JC-180S is not only used for making PVC tube or PET cylinder, we also update the glue feeding system to make this machine suitable for paper sheet with thickness 0.1~1.5mm to make paper tubes.

• Our clear pvc tube candy box machine is specialized for gluing or ultrasonic welding clear or printed plastic sheet to make PVC, PET plastic cylinder tubes. It is the first step of PVC /PET cylinder tube boxes production.

• If client prefer to produce PET cylinder tube boxes, we recommend client to send some material to us for making welding test before confirm the order. Because as our experience, 100% pure PET material can not be weld very strong by ultrasonic technology. PET glue sealing is the best choose.

• Our brief design manual pvc tube candy box machine need to install glue pressing support mold or ultrasonic welding mold for formal operation. The molds need to make according to client sample or details of product clients provide to us.
• As usual, different diameter of mold need to match with different diameter mold. If client have 3~5 different diameters plastic cylinder tube boxes need to seal by this new machine, they need to have 3~5 pressing mold matched. Client could ask our factory to make all the molds with this pvc tube candy box machine model JC-180S together. Client could also just purchase machine with the one freely mold first and then make new mold locally after machine arrive.(check picture below)
